    Great personal trainer! I value the work done with a personal trainer, which lead me to The Healthy Gene. Heather makes each session valuable and interesting. Ive been going for about 6 weeks and still look forward to each private session. Further more Heather always listens to what I like and do not like to do and follows up with me on during the week, which is a great way to keep me motivated! Great for those who have a rough schedule but want to leave a workout feeling like you have actually accomplished something. I burned 600 calories in one session
    and raved about to all week! Highly recommend The Healthy Gene!
