  December 21, 2018, at 5:15 P.M. Got carry out through the drive thru. Excellent customer service and everything I ordered was prepared and cooked well. I ordered the Seafood Feast, Chicken Tenders, Clams, Jalapeno Poppers and Macaroni and Cheese. All very good. Fish and chicken not greasy and cook3d perfectly. On their game tonight. Kudos to the staff. Thank you.

  Unfortunately for me, my wife is allergic to seafood... I mean anaphylactic shock allergic to Seafood! To the point she can't even smell it without it causing her respiratory problems! Admittedly ... I thought that part was all in her head until I actually saw it happen! Anyway that fact makes Captain D's sort of a guilty pleasure, So I don't get to go very often! Understandably when I do get to go I want it to be hot and fresh, and accurate! Nobody's perfect tho, and the last time I got to go, two weeks ago, they left a portion of my food out. I called back the manager, Chris, was very polite said he would write my name down and replace my meal. As I said that was 2 weeks ago. Tonight I came in, and not only did Chris take care of me, he remembered my name, and the situation from two weeks ago! He and Nicole G. happily replaced my meal, and even allowed me to sit down and eat after they had closed! Just before I was finished Chris even gave me a little extra just to let me know he appreciated my business! Great service and great food! It's a refreshing stop in this day and age where customer service has become obsolete! Give Chris and Nicole G. a try... I promise you won't be disappointed!

  We got to the store shortly after it open and ordered a couple meals. Staff was very friendly and the food was ready quickly. It was hot fresh, and tasted oh, so good!
