  Fair. That's the best I can hope for in an auto repair shop, and they are. Tell it like it is, here's what you need or don't need, and here's the price. Prices match what's expected, and simple repairs are little to no cost. I'll continue to go here, not because it's the cheapest, but because I know they aren't up-selling me.

  Carr Fleet & Automotive recently installed brakes on my 2013 Kia Optima. The price was reasonable, the service was friendly, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They called to tell me that my car was complete before the designated time. I was able to get my car serviced all while still at work. I highly recommend Carr Fleet and their staff.

  I rarely write reviews but these folks deserve it. I have done most of the maintenance and repairs on our family cars over the past 28 years but when I need to have someone else do it I have found Shaun and the rest of the folks at Carr Fleet & Automotive to be the best shop in this area. Always friendly, professional and honest....

  I have been a customer of the shop for 4 years and a family member for 9 years. We are very happy with Carr Fleet. They are honest people and give reasonable repair costs for what you need. They do not call you to tell you about getting a bunch of repairs that you don't need. And the repair problem is taken care of the first time. I have never had to take back the car for the same issue. One time, my SAAB was making very strange noise. I towed the car in. Carr Fleet checked the SAAB and found nothing wrong. They did not bill me for anything! With that kind of honesty, they will have me as a customer for life. I give them a 5 star and highly recommend the shop for your repair needs.

  Great customer service and technical expertise.
  Always a pleasure to do business with Carr!
  I appreciate the fact that I can TRUST the staff and management with my vehicles to service them properly and most importantly NOT sell me parts and services that are not needed which is a common practice in most service related businesses.
  I have recommended Carr Fleet & Automotive to family and friends and they have been more than pleased that I did.
  I especially like the fact that they take on repair tasks that the bigger service centers and car dealerships won't touch..... I have even been provided with a loaner vehicle to drive until my vehicle is ready to pick up.
  No job too big or too small for these folks!
  Highly recommend!
