I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. I received my CPAP machine from them about 3 years ago and they have been very supportive. Recently, I had a problem with my CPAP machine's pressure. They got me in the next day for a service check. Steffan quickly diagnosed the problem, sub-par filters, and had my machine back up and running quickly. He even gave me extra filters so that I could discard the bad batch I purchased.
