  Amazing service by Cody and Alex in getting my Mazda. They were both incredibly responsive, friendly, and very professional.   I was looking to purchase a car that would be good on gas mileage and last. I found several that I wanted to test drive and not only did I drive all of them but Cody was great at helping me pick the exact car right for me.   I cannot say enough great things about Metro Motors KC! Roughly a month after the purchase of my vehicle I started having some pretty major car issues that exceeded my warranty limits. It was devastating to hear but was nothing that could have been anticipated prior to my sale. Metro really went above and beyond helping me in this situation. Alex was professional and understanding during the entire process. The shop recommended by Metro was equally as accommodating and friendly. I have and will continue to send business their way. If you are looking for a used vehicle at great prices sold by people with impeccable customer service you really will not be disappointed.

  Great place to buy a car! Cody and Alex were very friendly, professional and honest. My daughter purchased her car here based on the reviews and the 90 day warranty. When she did have an issue within the first 30 days, they stepped up and made it right without hesitation. We will be recommending them every chance we get!
