  Who would have thought I would have enjoyed seeing ruins and historical places where buildings used to be this was a delight a very pleasant surprise

  Great place for a walk, plus a bit of history with a self-guided tour (informational signs posted throughout). Also close to the historical I & M Canal. Near the parking lot is a shelter with picnic tables. It's worth a visit.

  Free to visit. Clean & well-maintained. Plenty of parking, bathroom, drinking fountain, covered picnic tables.
