Totally motivated because Pam is so encouraging! You definitely get a great workout in the 30 minutes you're on the machines! Working on the machines looks a lot easier than it actually is! Would definitely recommend this CURVES to anyone looking to get in shape.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They movate you and encourage you along your weightloss journey. Will definitely recommend them to friends.
