(January 17, 2018, 11:14 am)As a Resident Care Director of an Assisted Living Community, working with Meridian Home Health Care has been highly beneficial not only myself and the staff that works with me, but most importantly the residents that reside here. Meridian is great with communication and working in collaboration with nursing staff to make sure the residents receive the best possible home health therapy. Meridian also has come into the community and done activities and programs with the residents, really taking the time to learn each resident as a person. Thank you for all of your services!
