  Got my heat and glo gas fireplace insert in 2014. Everything was fine until this year when we had issues with starting and the remote (RC300). We love the fireplace but needed to get service due to these issues. My 5 star review is for the service guy Chris. My wife and I have had many repair men here over the years and none have been better than Chris. He made my wife feel so comfortable and was extremely professional. Fixed our issue and all was a great experience. I recommend paying a little extra to make sure professionals on the heat and glo come out. Don’t save the small amount for a company not on the heat and glo website. It’s worth the extra 50 bucks trust me. Highly recommend Chris coming to service your gas fireplace!

  Fireside was most accommodating in working with our unique build and a set of disasters that befell both us and Fireside as victims of a dishonest builder. Rather than perpetuate the circumstances, Fireside worked with us in seeing us through the situation. They were among the first contractors on our site in the beginning, deploying 7 fireplaces in the most professional and efficient manner. We were so pleased that we added two more fireplaces well into the build and they were able to easily accommodate working in some creativity to give us what we were seeking and without spiking costs. We look forward to working with them in servicing our fireplaces well into the future. Top attributes:
