  Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've ever made and has gotten me in the best shape of my life. I joined specifically for the boxing and kickboxing classes; they are the most intense and rewarding work-outs I've personally done. The best part about this place to me are the coaches and the fight team members. The striking coaches led by Steve are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, patient and friendly. And the fight team members have made me feel welcomed in to an extended family. Love this place.

  The kids and I have been going here for six months. It’s nice that I can CrossFit while the kids take another class. Capital MMA has a variety of classes from CrossFit to Muay Thai kickboxing, Gi Jiu-Jitsu, and more. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to have, to teach you. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. No matter if your goal is to stay fit before vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, Capital MMA has what you're looking for.

  There is NO other gym in the NOVA area that I would consider training at. Coach Rossillo is extremely knowlegeable, classes are well structured, instruction is clear and concise, and the environment is fun and friendly. You will not find a better gym or Coach in the area, Whether you are a day 1 beginner or a seasoned competitor, Coach Rossillo and Capital are the place for you!

  This place is beyond anyone expectation full facility with huge coaching team and multi locations cross fit, mma, boxing, jiu jitsu and best in class muay thai since joining this team which not that long ago under 2 years not only my striking game has improved but also my life as a whole improved. Awesome caring very smart coaching team cant ask for better

  TL/DR:
  PP1: I love this gym because I get a great workout and feel so encouraged.
  PP2: Know what you're getting yourself into, specifically regarding being so inspired to the degree that you want to give it your all.
  PP3: I personally believe Capital MMA is not just after my money, but completely the opposite with wanting to help me reach my vision of optimal well-being.

  I just want to say I have been beyond satisfied with my experience with Capital MMA. The workouts are excellent but even more importantly, I feel so encouraged and valued by everyone at this gym. To be a bit personal for a moment, I have always been a bit heavier since my younger years and had always felt like a lower-class person all throughout my growing up years because of it (it's gone now, don't worry), but knowing where I've been, I am just so thankful for the environment that Capital MMA creates, relaying to me my worth, and being my cheerleader in this process of getting my life back in my hands. I don't feel like a second-class person just because I am a beginner next to professionals doing freaking hand-stand pushups (goals in life, right?!). Regardless of your level and ability though, seriously, you will get your butt kicked each time you step foot in this place...but you will have a smile on your face the entire time. I always do ????
  
  DISCLAIMER: This place may inspire you to do crazy things you would have never imagined doing, like bringing your boxing gloves to the beach with you AND following through with using them/working out. With that being said, enter at your own risk ????
  
  P.S. I would like to mention my perspective of the topic mentioned in the 1 star review. I have not read too far into things [as I soon begin my membership and will have better opportunity to read the fine print] but I personally believe they have given me clear statements as to what I am getting myself into when I sign to become a member, and have clearly outlined the cancellation policy. I personally believe it is farthest from the truth that this place is only after my money; I feel that they are completely focused on my personal well-being (not just physical too!), and don't push making money whatsoever. I can't imagine a place I'd rather put my money on because of the experience I have had here. Again, these are my personal views and of course you are welcome to have your own and disagree if you choose. I am just outlining my personal experience.
