  I joined Restoration Fitness because I was looking for a direction in my weight loss/strength training. I never dreamed I could change my body and mind like I have in the last 16 months.
  
  Sean believed in me and worked with me to believe in myself. Linda and Alex always know what is best for my workouts and continue to challenge me.
  
  It is so nice to be in the uplifting atmosphere surrounded by great people with such warm and welcoming care for each other.
  
  It is so nice to get a great workout and whether it is a high intensity cardio session or strength building, the experience always leaves me knowing I made the right choice and am so thankful to have these people in my life!

  I joined Restoration Fitness in August of 2017 to improve my strength and overall fitness.
  
  During my time here, Alex and Sean have been incredibly supportive and have worked to help me reach my goals. Not only has Alex developed personalized workouts but he has also helped me focus on correct technique to ensure that I am getting the most out of my workouts.
  
  My meetings with Sean have kept me focused on my goals and allowed me to improve my nutrition.
  
  I have loved seeing the progress that I have made and look forward to many more years of success!

  Although l know I have to work at this continually. I am truly thankful to the RF team for the support and family atmosphere when I'm there. I always feel welcome and at home with other regular folks who just want to improve their health and quality of life. I never feel like it's a competition which makes the atmosphere much more inviting.
  
  It's been great working with Alex weekly and meeting with you monthly for my check-ins (keeping me on track). I've learned a lot, especially about protein. I've also attained some positive results that I did not anticipate so quickly and I feel a whole lot better physically in terms of endurance, strength, focus, and motivation.
  
  I appreciate the tailored workouts and the ability to work at my own pace while being challenged to push myself a little each time. I've come to the realization that fitness needs to be a way of life as does a regular workout. Who knew I could finally lose those extra baby pounds...20 years later!
  
  Thanks to the RF team for providing a supportive environment where I can look forward to working out!

  I came to Restoration Fitness because I was having issues with my lower back. I have always worked out and Sean was recommended to me as someone that could help my situation through stretching and various back related exercises. After seeing positive results and what was happening at RF, I decided to work out here full time. I was not disappointed and have been a client for over two years now.
  
  Sean and Linda have worked tirelessly with me. They have customized my workouts, given me nutritional advice, and have provided the personal attention to stay focused and disciplined to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, I have found Sean’s wellness checks and modifying my goals, keep me on track to achieve my desired results.
  
  I have enjoyed the family type atmosphere at RF and look forward to continuing a healthy and active lifestyle. Thanks RF for helping me make that possible!
