  I have used your facility so many for over 24 years. I love your service. Easy to get to & park. Even through any of the construction it has a welcome atmosphere. The people in the Aspen center & Simi Valley Hospital have always treated with the upmost respect. That quality is important and is being lost in society each day in the USA as well as the world.
  My choice, if asked, is Simi Hospital & the Aspen Center.
  Thanks goes to the entire staff who has taken care of me. You really care.

  Everyone from the ER personnel to the doctors and nurses were very professional and courteous. I especially appreciated the doctors taking their time with me. I never felt rushed.

  Just had my third baby at Simi Valley Hospital. It was a very positive experience. The labor and delivery went very smoothly and I felt I had the support I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. They also made sure I was aware of all the resources available to me, including support for breastfeeding which is really great. It’s always difficult to get sleep in the hospital after having a baby, because there are different staff members coming in to check you and baby but there was one point when baby and I fell asleep for 4 hrs and a nurse came in but didn’t wake us up and I was so thankful! They also made sure to expedite things when I told them I was anxious to get home, which I really appreciated.

  Big and new ER. The nurses, techs, Xray tech and ER Dr Russel were more than accommodating and friendly. The young girl Sarah who did my temporary splint was very nice and caring. They all were. I was very surprised. The last time I was there it was the latter. I felt I wasn't being paid attention to or they didn't care how I was hurting. It was longer wait time the last time I came a few years ago. Now it is bigger and they renovated the whole ER building and it is wonderful. I felt they really cared about my well being, even though it was only a sprain ankle. Thank you all in the ER dept! Please keep up the good positive environment and the caring well being of your patients.
