Dr. Holly Gross is the most professional patient friendly individual I have ever known. She performed both of my cataract surgeries and made be feel comfortable and at ease. She is always very thorough during all exams and never rushes. She always gives you all the time you need to discuss anything of concern. I recommend her highly. She is dedicated and committed to provide the most up to date technologies and services. Her staff is equally efficient.
I am very grateful to a friend who recommended Dr. Gross to me. I needed cataract surgery in both eyes and did a lot of prior research beforehand. I was very impressed with Dr. Gross during my initial consultation. She described the cataract surgical procedure and the options available for replacement lenses. The procedure was surprisingly simple, not only because of Dr. Gross' expertise, but also because the surgical facility was first-rate. The staff there were professional, caring and attentive and the anesthesia was pleasant with no negative after effects. I was totally comfortable during the procedure and in the days afterwards. The first experience with my right eye was so positive, I had the left eye done soon afterward. I am amazed at how simple this operation has become and the enormous benefit it has had on my quality of life. Dr. Gross is terrific and I recommend her without reservation. Her office and medical staff are also outstanding!!
I had another eye doctor who I wasn't happy with, and a friend recommended Holly Gross very highly--her husband was a patient. So, I switched and have been so happy.
Even the office is run so well. My other doctor's receptionist made my appointments for the wrong years or months, and I'd show up and not have an appointment. That doesn't happen at this office.
I love going to the office. I mean it isn't like I love the tests, but I do love my doctor. I feel like I am in the best hands. I referred my husband, and he gets great care there, too.
I don't always have to wait more than a few minutes. Sometimes I get called right away. And if there is a wait, there is always plenty to read in the magazine rack.
