  Hannah is amazing! I have been working with her since Feb. 2016 and it is the best thing I could have done. Regular doctors just throw pills at you and don't care about the root of our problems. This is hands down the best investment in your health you could ever make. I highly recommend Herb & Spoon.

  Hannah is truly amazing and passionate about what she does. I have used her massage therapy, herbal consultation and more...I have seen results big time! I am so glad that I found this awesome place with such a gifted naturopathic practitioner.

  I have been having some neck and back issues and was recommended to go see Hannah. My experiences with massages before seeing her was a less than an enjoyable experience so I was hesitant to trying someone new. I am glad I went to see her because her approach was refreshing and she took care of my issues that day. I now have a standing monthly appointment with her and count down the days until I can get in again! She is awesome and I would highly recommend her!

  I took my daughter in to visit Hannah at Herb & Spoon to help with some anxiety issues she was having. Hannah was awesome, and her methods and remedies were so much better than drugs! My daughter is doing much better. Hannah's calm and relaxing environment soothes the soul, and I would highly recommend her services.

  Like many, I work in an office environment and sit far more than we were designed for. I have been receiving deep tissue massage from Hannah on a regular basis since she started her career in massage therapy. I've had massage from dozens of massage therapists over the years and the quality of Hannah's deep tissue message is by far the best I've had. Beyond the quality of the consistency and personalized pressure of the message, Hannah's holistic approach for caring has always impressed me and benefited me. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other services she now has to offer as she expands her practice. Thanks H!
