  Upgraded my wife's phone today and Leyla helped her through everything to get her new phone up and running. Leyla suggested we get a screen protector and installed it for so so we didn't have to deal with it. Great customer service and will be back to see her when it comes time to upgrade my phone.

  My wife's Samsung S7 died. We expected an impossible wait on a Saturday afternoon when we stopped by the Legends Sprint store.
  
  We were received immediately and almost as quickly working with a tech. Billy did an amazing job taking care of business.
  
  Our phone was repaired quicker than he initially estimated.
  
  J.R.went out of his way to ensure we receive the replacement phone in a very convenient way.
  
  My wife is a loyal Sprint Customer. I am a loyal Verizon customer. However I have been consistently impressed with this Sprint store.

  Came back in for a complicated exchange. Five stores and numerous phone calls later we came in to see Anthony Hidalgo and he made it right. Total nightmare before Anthony, now 100% satisfied.

  This review is strictly for Anthony, I believe he is the assistant manager. This guy is the most helpful rep I've ever come across and I've been with sprint over a decade! He's very helpful and insightful. He didn't try to stick us with just any ol thing he listened to what we wanted helped assist with making our decision. This guy even stayed late just to make sure we were stratified! We talked about our families and had laughs while doing business. If you could request him I'd highly recommend that, it'll make how long your in the store not seem so bad....I was there 4hrs lol

  The staff here was Tip Top! I had previously been going to the Sprint location at 95th and Quivira and much to my disappointment my last visit was an all-time low for customer service. Needless to say I was not a raving fan of Sprint but the staff at this store has turned that back around. I will be using this store from now on, the extra 20 minutes of drive time is more than worth the headache and aggravation of not having to deal with the other store.

  Outstanding customer service from Steven at this location. He was very helpful, patient & kind assisting my 82 year old mother with her phone purchase. Steven gets 5 stars but the store only gets 4 stars because they need to seriously update their computers! Felt bad for Steven doing his job so well on a keyboard with keys that stick and super slow wifi! Get with it Sprint! Good employees like Steven deserve better.
