  Dr Roberts and Dr Jennifer are genuine people. When my rabbit broke his foot Dr Roberts went out of her way to make sure Rex was healed. It was a pretty nasty shatter and I honestly don’t think it would have healed work without her determination. Soon as he got home - his rod which kept the bones intact- came loose. I was beside myself knowing I was over my head in getting him healed, correctly. Dr Roberts took him back, immediately, corrected the splint and insisted he stay with her until he was ready to go back. Her persistence to get him back to a healthy, happy rabbit, put aside the vet / patient relationship. She demonstrated a true love for animals.
  
  Their whole staff are amazing. I don’t trust any other vet and when I have to go out of town I leave my both buns in their care. I feel comfortable knowing they’re not just looked after - they are also loved. Rabbits are highly sensitive creatures but mine have become familiar with Northwood. Since they are oversized rabbits they give them a bigger area and where it’s quiet and they aren’t stressed. I’m super grateful for all they’ve done

  Dr. Jennifer takes great care of my bunny Bink. She knows what she is doing and I respect her as a veterinarian. Highly recommend her for bunnies to be seen for neutering, GI stasis, and health checks. We went here recently to fix a small problem that could have gotten bigger if we didn't go see Dr. Jennifer. Cost to visit is $68. Worth the information alone! Cost are resonable and pets are happy and healthy.

  Best Rabbit vet ever. If you need a good loving and caring rabbit vet this is the place to come. They are so knowledgeable about rabbits.
