Mike is a great trainer. He is very encouraging, knowledgeable and I have definitely seen a big improvement in my health since I started training with him. I definitely recommend him.
Mike is awesome! Major results
I've worked out, exercised, and lifted weights for years on my own. I did some research on my own, followed a few magazine and internet programs, etc. but never really had the real knowledge or motivation to make real improvements and gains. My wife and teenage son started training with Mike (Train Hard Train Smart), and I saw tremendous improvements in both. My son has had a truly incredible transformation- his improvements were inspiring and motivating. And I can't let him outlift me, right? Ha!
So I started with Mike as well, as I had always wanted to work with a trainer- someone who really knows what they are doing. And that he does. He REALLY knows his stuff! I have seen such improvement. If you're willing to commit (it's a two way street), he will guide you to your goals! I'm 47 years old, and just bench pressed a new record for me, more than I did in my 20's or 30's. What an incredible feeling! I feel great, and I love that my wife loves my improving physique! We look forward to our workouts with Mike- he has a great personality and will tailor your workouts.
