  Jen was great. She came same day and took care of all of us without any hassle. She was gentle and calm with the kids. Would def recommend.

  I found lice in my daughter's hair and completely freaked out! I used the over counter stuff and it was still there. A friend of mine recommend Lice Happens!! And what a life save... Mrs. Jennifer came out to my home the same day, within the hour really, and screened everyone at home and treated my daughter. She was so professional, and calming. She taught me what to do,how to screen for it, and debunked a lot of myths I had about lice. Very very patient with all my questions. Definitely 100% recommend them!!!!

  When I called Lice Happens I was immediately greeted by a friendly, professional, understanding voice. I spoke with both Carol and MJ and they were wonderful in explaining their services and very reassuring not to be worried or anxious. Jennifer was assigned to come to our house and when I opened the door she was so friendly and said she was here to take care of my litttle girl. She examined everyone’s hair to see who had lice and then treated my daughter in a kind, gentle, professional way. She not only treated my daughter but also educated me in the process in case this would happen in the future. I never would have combed my daughter’s hair as thoroughly as she did and now I know how to do it as well. Thank you so much!!

  Lice happens is awesome! They were so kind to my kids and gave me the peace of mind that I needed! It was easy to schedule an appointment and Jennifer was wonderful!
