Advanced Radiology -- Quarry Lake

Facility was so clean. Everyone was so professional and courteous from the moment we walked in until we left. I felt that I was in the best care; Tammy was the absolute best ultrasound tech! Thank you Advanced Radiology in Quarry Lake for an outstanding first experience.

Carried mom for a test. She had no appt. yet was seen promptly. The staff were all friendly and eager to help my 96 year old mom. Great place to go.

Had my MDVIP Annual Physical today and things went okay. Our doctor wanted me to get a Chest X-ray and the team at Advanced Radiology - Quarry Lake were wonderful. The idea that he recommends this location speaks volumes.

The ladies greeted us as we walked in and were wonderful to work with. Thankfully not a lot paperwork. The lady that did my chest x-ray was very friendly and respectful. Overall it was a excellent experience.

Great location and very nice people! My 4 year old had to have an ultrasound and they were so nice and made it such an easy and (actually fun) experience for her. In and out and pretty seamless.

The process is quick. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and both the front desk registry and the techs were pleasant, professional and courteous. I normally use another radiology clinic closer to my home. However, Advanced Radiology accepted my insurance provider. This allowed me to be X-rayed and immediately provide the results, on a CD, to my Neurosurgeon. This made it possible to schedule another appointment next week. Considering the complexity of my injuries, my Doctor will be able to spend his time evaluating my condition and developing a plan rather that waiting for results. The support team at the front desk were also very kind and willing to forward the X-ray report to my Primary Card Physician as well as my Neurologist. I know these are common duties in radiology clinics, but they were handled quickly and expertly. I’m not forgetting the care giver techs that assisted and took the X-rays. I was brought back to a more private waiting area and led into the X-ray pod within a minute or two. My tech had a slightly different procedure compared to others. It was simpler to understand and provided the four films in no time at all. She then made a CD with the results straight away. Again, I know what is typical procedure, still at each opportunity Advanced Radiology was simply better.
