Where do I begin? My wife and I came across American Land Title Corporation after being misguided and misinformed by another title company. As we were in the final stages of our cash out refinance, the original title company informed us that there would be a $3,000+ charge to continue the title work because of the recordation and transfer tax law. This completely caught us off guard. As a real estate investor, this did not sound right. I immediately began researching companies and came across A.L.T.C via Google and was impressed by the reviews. I called around 6:20pm with the expectation that no one would answer the phone. I was surprised to find out that Nate was still in the office. I quickly explained to him our situation and he assured us that he could help us avoid the transfer and recordation quoted fee.

The next day, I contacted the original title company and cancelled the deal. Nate explained to me that he would take things over and work with their in house attorney to close things out. To make a long story short, Nate and his team operated at a very high level throughout the entire process and we were blown away!!! We were so lucky to have found him and A.L.T.C!

We have done business with Nate on another deal and it was as expected; superb! If you are searching for a title company or an attorney, stop, and call Nate! You’ll be glad that you did.
