The Maintenance technician Herman Randolph is one of the best person at Owings mills property. He always took care of any issues i have , Tho the staff sometimes play smart with you. This place is quiet and really safe. Thanks for wonderful experience from last 4 years.

My fiance and I have been at Chase Lea Apartments going on two years now. We couldn't be happier. Great staff, they are always ready to help in any situation. Lovely grounds. Beautiful spacious apartments.

A great little gem of a complex in Owings Mills, MD. Clean, well maintained and renovated units. Customer service via the leasing office is always professional, timely and courteous. Maintenance team is always responsive and gets the the job done. Rent is very reasonable for the product offered. Very happy with Chase Lea and look forward to continued partnerships.

I have been living at Chase Lea Apartments since March 2017 and it has been the best decision I have ever made! The staff here is phenomenal! Very friendly, professional and helpful. Plus, it is close to everything which is a plus to me!!! Stores, restaurants, parks, public transportation and local entertainment. The grounds are always kept nice & clean. Overall, a great community to live at!
