  Very honest businessman. When ammo was hard to find a few years back, many of Bill's competitors gouged the public, but his prices never changed. I know when I go into his shop that he will offer good advice and fair prices.

  Bill is a good guy and will do all he can to help. I have spent a lot of time just shooting the breeze about anything to do with guns. Bought a couple of weapons from him and had two repaired at a very fair prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

  Bill is great. I don't care what others say. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable about products and can order you almost anything if it's not in the shop. My father and I have order many guns from Bill and are always surprised by his prices. He has low overhead so his prices are too. I have referred many of friends to Bill. Centerfire is a great place to hang out, talk guns and ammo. Pick up is easy and efficient. Thanks Bill. I'll always buy from you.

  Happened to be up in Platte City, and since I love going into gun shops, I stopped in. Owner was very friendly, and didn't mind me looking around, I wasn't able to purchase anything (lack of funds) but he was more than willing to sit and talk. Sat for 45 minutes with him, talking about reloading, ammo, guns, etc... Like most small town dealers, I think he is a "I can get it for you" kind of shop, which is just fine with me. And as far as the smoke... Since it is his business... I'm pretty sure he has the right to do as he pleases.... if you don't like smoke, just don't go in there.
