  Erie insurance was with me for the moment I reported the accident and through the entire process of finalizing the settlement. It is wonderful to have such a company on your side especially at during difficult times dealing with a car accident. I will certainly stay with Erie for all my insurance needs.

  In all honesty, buying insurance is like getting a root canal: You don't want to do it, it's going to be painful, but you know you have to so you just do it despite the agony.
  
  In this case, yes, I had to do it as I was buying a new home. My wife and I checked a couple of companies in line and had even gone so far as setting up a policy with our auto insurance company (big name known for some woman with a price gun). When our mortgage company found out, they redirected me to Liberty and Karen. The root canal images were getting worse. But ......
  
  Karen was the easiest person to work with, she figured out what I needed, figured out what my premium limit was going to be and made sure I got a good policy and a good price. All within the span of about four hours. Came back with three options, discussed the pros and cons of each and helped me arrive at an informed decision. She even made sure my loan team received all the documents so I didn't need to run around chasing more paper.
  
  Karen was easy and friendly to work with and I would recommend that if you want someone to help you deal with getting the coverage you need, give Karen a call.
  
  So, yes, working with Karen is far better than getting a root canal.

  I have been using Liberty Preferred/Erie for my motor vehicle and home renters insurance for over 3 years. I had such great service and excellent rate/coverage which makes it easy choosing a home insurance when I purchased my home earlier this year. Jessica D is a great agent very knowledgeable and communicates clearly the product detail. I referred a few friends and they are happy to have Liberty Preferred as their insurance co.

  Jessica has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My insurance with another company was getting ready to increase drastically with no exact reason and I needed to shop for new options. Jessica was referred to me by a colleague and I'm so happy she was. Not only did I get better coverage for home and auto but it was less on a monthly basis than my former coverage before it was going to increase. She gave me all of my options, explained everything and was very patient. Very pleased with the process and outcome!

  Karen Malat has been a phenomenal person to work with. Everything has been simple, quick and she is knowledgeable. My rates are lower than my previous provider and I'm satisfied with my experiences. She is competent and even helped me get through my first non fault accident when the other insurance company was doing me wrong. I would absolutely recommend this company to others. 5 stars well deserved.
