Great empty lot which i used in a Subday to do a shady deal with, no honestly i used it to sell some wheels and tires and its. Good place to meet as everyones knows and can see you five miles away in the parking lot.

Great place if you don't mind your car getting scratched by loads of underage drunks. Had a blast trying to get the skuffs out of my paint. Would recommend 10/10.

Shhhhh!!! Monmouth County kids best kept secret for concerts are the Garden State Arts Center. Yes, I still call it that because that's what I grew up with. It's a bit of a walk, but you can hang here with minimal issues and tailgate for free. Plus, there's a school bus that acts as a shuttle. Shhhhh!!!
