I initially found this place as I needed some glasses replaced quickly, and once I had the opportunity to experience their quality of service, it is the only place I go.
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Sonja was phenomenal. She helped me pick my frames.
We were taken care of quickly. The front desk was friendly. The vision center staff were great. We will definitely come here again.
I had the BEST experience at the Owings Mills location. The doctor was patient and kind. I had a same day appointment and it was a bit of an emergency. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen and the entire staff was pleasant when assisting me. On top of everything else, I got a GREAT deal on my glasses! Great customer service. Thanks!
