  Great place to live..Really on top of preventive maintenance. Got to pay your rent on time or theyll get you.

  I did not rent here due to personal extensions but the staff, apartments and property was amazing. Sarah assisted me with finding the right apartment for me and she gave me everything I needed for a successful move in. I did not feel pressured at any time during the process and she also emailed me after the visit to thank me for stopping in. I definitely recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a nice apartment at a great rate with friendly and efficient staff! Thank you Sarah for everything and I look forward to renting with you in the future!

  I have lived here for almost a year and it's been wonderful. The staff is so friendly, especially Sarah Sargent who has been the kindest gal ever. The unit was in good conditions, everything clean, quick responses from maintenance team, my neighbors are really nice people, the gym is great too, and the areas are clean too. So, don't hesitate to move here, you will enjoy it!

  I've only been living here a few months but can say I'm very happy with everything. They just installed a new clubhouse/gym/pool/etc. so it seems like a community on the rise! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of a few issues we had right when we moved in but they handled everything in a timely manner and we haven't had issues since.
  
  Update: just redid hallways and carpeting as well as new doors. Looks great!
