I have sent many friends to Dr. Richard Alexander over the past years and everyone has been very happy with the service and prices!
One of the best doctors I ever had! Dr.Alexander was professional, educated and very thorough with his examination. He educated me throughout the entire process, and we found out that my current eyeglasses were way off my prescription and did not even have the prism that I needed, no wonder I was seeing double! He also has up to date equipment that not only checks vision but also screens for diseases like hypertension and diabetes. And the best part is that he gets the lenses ready the next day!
1/12/17 I became a new patient of Dr. Alexander's. I'm relatively new to the North suburbs and picked him based on location to my home and other reviews. I must say I have a great taste. He's very personable, explained everything to me thoroughly, and helped me learn more about my vision insurance than I ever knew. Jan aka "mom" is wonderful. She helped me pick out a pair glasses I never would've picked for myself and I'm so anxious to get them. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander for your vision needs. Thanks to him and his staff for a wonderful experience.
