Fred was very pleasant to deal with and explained everything very well. Completely honest. Another local shop in Middletown quoted a repair costing close to $2,500, Fred's shop diagnosed it and fixed for $160.00! Thank you for a job well done.
My experience started with a friendly voice named Fred answering the phone. I had a slow, but fast, leak in a tire and needed it repaired asap. Two other places basically turned me away saying that I needed an appt and they were too busy to help me. This shop was polite, professional, quick, and clean... and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop for your service needs. I will remember their help in my time of need.
The only honest mechanic I have ever encounter!! this shop gave me a refund just because the part was $25 cheaper than they quoted me when I dropped the car off. The man at the front desk at the Middletown store is the most efficient worker I have ever seen. I honestly joke with my wife that he might be a robot, because he is pleasant, can do 5 things at once and doesn't stop working for a second. I never had to take my car back because of bad work or recurring issues.
I feel very confident with my repairs done here. I never feel taken advantage of, and feel I am given a fair price. They also don’t take an overly long time for anything I need. A+ service!
There is basically no shop I like to take my car to. I took mine here cause I had no choice and they were excellent. Specifically with the way they treated you as a customer! I would recommend this place to anyone
