  For once in my life, I have properly fitting running shoes. The staff person took his time evaluating my stride and posture. He brought out multiple selections and patiently waited as I tried and ran around the stores. I'm very happy with my purchase.

  I had a great experience at the store with Mary. She was so sweet and I think I tried on over 15 pairs of running shoes. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an athletic store. I was the last person there and I have worked retail Management so I was annoying myself bc I knew what I wanted and did my research beforehand so was not expecting to close the store, and she was calm cool and collected and handled it like a pro!!! I was impressed and will shop there again.

  Best service around! Kevin and Mary take their time with every customer, listening to their needs and offering the right product. Must by why they have such a loyal following in the community.

  I just bought a pair of brand new Brooks running shoes after visiting Downingtown Running Co. I feel like the owner of the store was helping me. He listened as I explained my running history with him and he recommended a few types of running shoes. He had me do some running and then measured my foot. They suggested three types of shoes for me to choose from and considering I was new to running they suggested 3 pair that were on sale. They could have easily recommended brand new top of the line shoes. Needless to say I had a great experience, got a perfect pair of running shoes and I didn't break the bank! Highly recommended.
