Great service, Rebecca did her best to give me the hearing I needed. She was available to help me as a first time hearing aid user, without question could not of had a better service . Highly recommended.
I was able to get an appointment within a week. I got a hearing evaluation and immediately there after expert advise. In my case a hearing aid was not beneficial and they were very upfront about it. This tells me that their interest is the patient's well being and not a quick hearing-aid sale. I would highly recommend Hearing Services of Delaware.
The repair was made on my hearing aids in a timely fashion and my appointment was to make sure they were adjusted correctly. The young lady did a wonderful job of explaining my problem and why she made the corrections she did. I also asked her about the purchase of a more improved model and she gave me several options that would be an improvement and the cost involved. All in all it was a productive meeting and one that was very informative to me in my pursuit of the correct hearing aid for my hearing problem. Five stars to the young lady

I had a very positive experience, both as I waited and later during my evaluation. The receptionist and the medical evaluator were very courteous, knowledgeable, and clear in communicating. I was very pleased by the feedback I received from the experience.
Wonderful experience with expert personnel who are very knowledgeable and caring! I had to be seen several times for adjustments and each time was easy to make appointment and quick service! Love the staff from the friendly efficient front desk ladies to the techs! Great job everyone! I recommend your group to my family and friends whenever I can! Thank you for all of your help!
