I've finished two Ironman Triathlons, numerous ultra-marathons, a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, numerous half marathons... I've done a few workouts in my time - I've done p90x, Insanity, p90x3, and FocusT25. So, I have some experience.

Alison's Boot Camp wasn't easy... But it wasn't too difficult, either! In my bootcamp we had every level of fitness, and somehow she managed to make it tough for all of us - pushing everyone hard but without risking injury.

Alison also remembered I had issues with plantar fasciitis and a heel spur, so she redesigned my exercises at the boot camp so I didn't aggravate my injury!

Her attention to detail, innate understanding of what you are/aren't capable of doing, passion for fitness, and helping others make her boot camps the premiere place to be.

If you haven't tried an awesome outdoor bootcamp before - don't be intimidated! Try this one FIRST! (Although you'll just be disappointed by any other you try).

If you've thought of trying p90x, FocusT25, Insanity, or any of those... Go to this bootcamp instead (or in addition!).

And as I witnessed... Even if you rarely exercise - She'll make the bootcamp "Goldilocks" (just right!) for you.
