Great custoncu service. I am not handy at all and they even help put part of the gas pan set up together for me at the store. Don't go to Home Depot of Lowe's these guys know there stuff and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend others to go here. High quality product not cheap import you would get from a big box.
Obvious money laundering front. How can a store just sell fireplaces? I mean just look at the street view
The old gas fireplace that came with my home was in dire need of updating. I bought a nice modern fireplace from A Cozy Fireplace and couldn't be happier with it. They were great to work with, helped me select the right product for my needs, and even offered some great design ideas. The fireplace looks great and works great! Highly recommend.

My wife stopped by to inquire about a gas insert for our wood burning fireplace which already had a gas starter. The owner showed her what was available and described the differences. Since we we didn't need one to provide a lot of heat she chose the least expensive one. He went over the install process so we could do it ourselves. Turned out we still had questions so he spent time on the phone and then even had us text pics of our gas line which came in from a different angle than expected. Glad we went with a local business.
