  I recently went to Healing Blue Bottle Wellness Center for a lower back massage after pulling a muscle in my back. I chose Monica because she is a local business owner and for her past experience in healthcare for 20 years. She took her time and asked a lot of questions about my pain and then explained what she could to to help. Monica knew exactly where she could use her strength to deep massage certain areas, while being softer and gentler in the sore areas. She made it a very relaxing session. Monica reached out to me the following day to see how I was feeling and if the massage helped. Her professionalism and skills are the reason that I will be scheduling another session with her. I would highly recommend Monica if you have aches or pains or just want a relaxing massage.

  I came for a massage, seeking relief from back spasms, very little sleep, and two days of painful discomfort. The massage I received was amazing. Monica has the magic touch. The combination of her skill and the fragrant oil aroma was miraculous. I walked out pain free and was so grateful for the relief I was feeling. I did exercises that were suggested
  and returned 5 days later for another massage. Since the sensitivity in my back was gone, I enjoyed this massage and felt it loosened my muscles even more. I highly recommend Monica and have told many people of her skills. It was worth every cent. I can't wait until my next massage.

  Monica is incredible! In my case, I have chronic pain and tightness from computer work. A student recommmended making an appointment and I have been Monica’s client for over a year! With every session she knows exactly where to address knots and tension that are causing issues. The more appointments I’ve had, the more she understands exactly what I need and can undo the problems. She really listens to details of her clients’ situations to develop sessions tailored to individual needs. I also can’t say enough about her wide knowledge in aromatherapy and about the time she spends really getting to know her clients. She will guide you in creating an incredible and healing essential oil blend. Love that!!! She also has classes available in wellness and aromatherapy. When you walk Healing Blue Bottle, you know you’re at some place special!!! When you leave, you’ll definitely count the days until your next session!! Thank you for everything, Monica!!!!
