Four Twelve Roofing of Lutherville

I needed to do a full roof tear-off-and-replace. Andy was great answering questions about the job, materials, etc. while I was deciding exactly what I wanted to do. It was a rough rainy season, so once I decided, there were delays in getting scheduled, which sucked but was understandable. Andy was super responsive in answering questions and updating me on status. Once the job was completed, I noticed a mistake -- one small section was laid-over vs. torn off and replaced. But again Andy and Shea were both great in responding, scheduling, and coming out to make it right (maybe 48 hours after I first contacted them about the mistake, the job was finished correctly). Sure it was a bit of a hassle, but you know what? Stuff happens, and Andy, Shea and Four Twelve wasted no time getting on top of it and fixing it. And now the new roof looks and functions great!

Four stars mainly for price -- they came in a bit higher than other estimates. Then again, I really have no way of knowing what I would have gotten for the price from the other guys. And either way, Four Twelve certainly delivered on both the roof itself and on customer service, and now I have a brand new, good quality roof!

Once the workers showed up at the house, everyone was very respectful and professional. I don't know how the dumpster was maneuvered into our little alley, but it was expertly done without any issues. Even the neighbors were impressed! Everyone worked very efficiently and the yard was left cleaner than when they started the job!
The roof is fantastic, with all the environmental bells and whistles that we could afford. All the work was done in a timely and very professional manner. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience! Our new roof is fabulous!

Four Twelve Roofing was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Andy, who did the estimating, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions fully. The work began on time, with the crew arriving exactly when they said they would. There were four men on the crew and they were all polite and professional, finishing right on time. There was one little slip up, which they acknowledged right away and repaired to our complete satisfaction. I would unconditionally recommend this company.

Super flexible scheduling. Crew came earlier than expected and price was exactly as estimated. Responsive. Professional. They partnered a project manager with an experienced foreman and knocked out my joist repair in half a day. Nice work. Will def use again. Highly recommend this company!

I have hired Four Twelve for numerous projects. Sam is so friendly and knowledgable about the products we discuss. He also makes me feel truly valued as a client. Shea is an excellent project manager who always ensures the projects in my residence are completed on time and are high quality. These guys are great to work with. When it comes to customer service and quality work I highly recommend Four Twelve (and will continue to do so to anyone who needs home repair services).
