  Very clean facility and equipment in great shape. Staff is present and friendly, locker rooms secure. Affordable.

  Really great facility with a really great community. Dropped in on a 5:30 class and enjoyed the workout. Michael is a great coach and provided the right amount of motivation to get the most out of the workout.

  By far the best gym experience I’ve ever had. I’d categorize myself as a pretty average cross fitter. I’ve never received anything but kindness and support from the people in this community. That support has helped me grow into a much stronger and more flexible version of myself. If you’re looking for a challenging and nonjudgmental gym experience, this is your place.

  Moved here from Arizona, I was so hesitant at first because I was so use to my Arizona gym. Took me sometime but I'm so happy I came here. Coach Nate is Great, and the people that go their are so nice and friendly. I've made many friends, and it's a Awesome community Gym.

  Fantastic gym, community and coaching. The gym is very well equipped, spacious, and always clean. The people there are very friendly and welcoming. Social activities are abundant and lots of fun. And oh yeah....you’ll probably get in the best shape of your life due to some killer programming and very knowledgeable staff!!!!
