I don't often go to this store very much because I used to work there and quit. I went there today with my dad and ordered some subs and a cheesesteak. I went to use the scratch off ticket machine and of course it jipped me from 2 tickets. I went and told the assistant manager Sam and she only took my name and number down saying she didn't have the key to open the machine instead of checking cameras and giving me either 2 tickets I wanted or my 2 dollars back. And then my sub was the last to be made and Colby just threw my sub down instead of hanging it to my dad or I. Everyone is very rude and unhelpful. And I feel I'm being treated this way because I'm ex employee! It's degrading for them and very immature to hold a grudge when I clearly have a good reason for not wanting to work there!
