I live in a fairly run-down apartment complex. The maintenance crew at the apartment is pretty much non-existent. When I informed them that I needed Carpet Cleaning they told me that they would take care of it "soon", but it's been months and nothing has happened. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and got a hold of this company. I was very happy with the service. They came in on the same day that I called and took care of business. Add to that, I was able to get reimbursed by the apartment complex, so I am a very happy camper, which is probably why I'm leaving this 5-star review haha. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service, and although I don't know much about the Carpet Cleaning market, I know that the folks at this company were both friendly on the phone and in person. Good service.
The guys showed up on time, did an amazing job, explained everything they were doing and the whole experience was great! Highly recommend for Carpet Cleaning! They have a through process and explain what they are doing. They were professional and tidy. Overall a positive experience.
