YRU has such a wide range of shoes that fit my many different styles! Definitely always something interesting to look at every time I visit the website. AND i always get compliments on the pair of shoes I got from them! Currently I own the Chelsea pastels and they have held up pretty well so far. Love my shoes, can’t wait to get more ????
Really great customer service! They accidentally oversold the shoe that I purchased and called me personally to help remedy the situation. It’s nice to see a company who actually cares about the individual buyer and genuinely wants people to enjoy their shoes. Shoutout to Jo for being awesome in fixing a situation. Most painless and enjoyable customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Will definitely purchase from them again. Kudos for being a great company.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from YRU recently and I contacted them, because I had a problem with my order. I was contacted back the next day by the company and they apologized about the problem and they were very adamant on making sure I was pleased with the outcome of my purchase. The problem was I ordered a pair of shoes that was currently out of stock in my size, but the website did not update before I placed my order. The company gave me the option to receive money back for the sold out pair or pick another color in the same style. I was very grateful and impressed with the service I received and wish other companies would follow the example! I’m totally ordering from them again! ????????????????
