  I always receive excellent service at Men's Warehouse. Very helpful staff, who work with you to find out what styles and colors you really like, rather than trying to hard sell you on something that isn't really you.

  I enjoy shopping at the Men's Wearhouse and typically the sales reps you get are genuinely interested in finding you the right outfit and the right fit. Every so often though you get a sales rep that is hard selling and agreeing to everything you say without really having an eye for style. However even if you work through all of that, my only issue with The Men's Wearhouse is their prices. Even with the "deals" they offer, the costs are always a little too much. The service was good the clothes are nice, the cost is steep.

  The alterations guy in there is very very good but the ladies working the front are not welcoming and don’t know what they are doing. I’d come back but only for alterations.

  Sarah the Mgr at the Lake Forest location is spectacular! Such a nice and genuine person, she really made my entire process stress free. I needed to purchase a suit for my wedding and she got me the right fit and product that was very comfortable for me to wear all day and night at my wedding. My father, nephew, and groomsmen also needed to rent but they are located around the US so Sarah helped keep our order all straight. We were able to ship all of the orders to one central location which made it so convenient so nobody had to fly with their suit/tux. I had a great experience with the Men’s Wearhouse in Lake Forest thanks to Sarah!
