We used the Baer team to purchase a home and are very happy with our results and our home. I scoured all of the listing sites for a few months and normally if I can do it myself I do. However I was surprised that the house I ultimately purchased was actually found and recommended by Beth Anne. Allen Baer showed us the houses and was instrumental in the negotiation process and saved us some money. We are very pleased and I recommend this realty without reservation.
