Great classes by skilled teachers. Twisted Sister is located just east of Park Hill Golf course in the DANK dispensary building. They have offered great donation-based classes for two years. They offer several teachers with a variety of skill sets. Shelly has such a soothing demeanor, makes me want to practice every week. See you next time
No other yoga options close by this area. I have about a year of experience with yoga and was looking for a place near me after moving from San Diego. I took a donation based Wednesday 6pm class. The Instructor was wonderful, super, awesome, mellow, or just right. Ground is concrete but she gave me a blanket. I hesitated to come because no reviews, but it was a good experience.
