I’m really glad Roots opened up in Island Lake. Hard to find a good BJJ gym around here. We have a great group training together as well ????????

I train here a few times a week with Bob the head bjj instructor.. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I’m glad they opened their school and would recommend them to any level student.

Roots really makes you feel like family. If anyone is interested in getting into BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA this is the gym to check out.
