She had my father's home staged, she took photos and created an amazing listing, she referred us to a real estate attorney, she handled inspections and repairs, she got us multiple offers and negotiated on our behalf, she held an estate sale for us, she handled charitable donations, and she communicated with us both frequently and effectively.
