Honest.
Simple state inspection, but that's not what stood out. They we're courteous, quick, and thorough. Told me there would be about a 30 minute wait, but moved me up since I was waiting for it. Busy shop, but worth the wait.

We have 2 older cars and have had to bring them in several times for different repairs and maintenance. Jeff is fast and honest. He makes every effort to find low cost high quality parts and is up front about the cost. I never feel like I've been overcharged and he doesn't do any high pressure sales or try to get you add on unneeded services. I will never bring my car to anyone else.
