  After driving here coming up on 4 years I still give it 5 stars. I am not a dispatcher nor a recruiter. Whats really odd is this company doesn't really have a recruiting department. Its mainly just Cindy. I read the 1 star reviews and all I read are former employees whining. Did they not like working here cause they didn't get their way. Could it be that they didn't want to get out of the truck and unload. Then they need to stick with opening doors and bumping docks. I make great money, never have to fight or cry for a load, and I get the time off that I deserve.

  Money to be made at this place! It's trucking, things change sometimes but if you're willing to work, these guys will take care of you. Go in and see dispatch. Ask for Adam or Warren, they're awesome and will make all of your wildest dreams come true. CTI treats employees well. Willing to be flexible with driver schedules and needs. Always enough work if you want more. A+ company.

  Did a contract job for them. Was easy to find and they were very helpful when I had questions. (Contractors are usually avoided and disregarded). Turning in hours worked and getting paid for the job completion was easy and hassle free. Will definitely return if they have any other side jobs available.
