  These stars are to represent the amazing customer service of Tom G. I had the pleasure of meeting him today by the pool and man did he make my day. Not only did he take the time out to explain and answer a question I had but his positive and uplifting spirits gave me a bit more. I'm happy to know that professionalism and Great Customer service is still alive in the hospitality industry.

  Nice place to stay by the airport & close to downtown Orlando. We travel a lot to O-Town w/ our dogs & usually stay @ La Quinta Inns. Normally we stay at the 1 by Universal because we have season passes but we wanted to check this 1 out. I loved the wood floors but they called us at 10:30pm, while out to dinner, to say our dog had been barking. ☆Dog Friendly Hotel☆ Rushed dinner & when we returned, the dog that was barking was in the room next to us. I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my dinner & who ever complained, at an early time of night, complained about the wrong room OR the other dog provoked my dog by barking so you can't blame my dog for that. They said when we checked in they were 3 rooms short, so maybe they couldn't accommodate, but in the future I wouldn't put people with dogs near people without them! That would make a big difference! We would come back if I knew I could relax while out for a bite to eat.

  Stayed at this hotel for work. Place was clean. Staff was awesome. Continental Breakfast was large with lots of choices. Eggs, Sausage , biscuits and gravy. Apple juice , OJ and coffee and milk. All types of bread and bagels. Grits. Waffle maker. Yogurt and fruit. Staff was very nice.

  Excellent experience. Clean newly renovated room. Clean hallways carpets. Over all building in good clean condition. Would give 5 stars but the bed was not the greatest. If I was there more then one night it woukd probably be an issue. Stayed in room 112. Breakfast was decent. Rarely seen biscuits and gravy waffles eggs sausage dry foods fruits etc. Only charged me 50 beans extra to park for 11 days after 1 night stay. During Xmas new years no less. Most other places wouldn't even guarantee parking at all and wanted close to what airport charges. Over I will stay again and would recommend. Wish I had time to check the pool/spa. It looked heated but not sure. (Steam rising off early morning) Good luck and safe travels.
