  I do not live in the 825 dahlia building but this is the leasing center for my building (1190 Birch) I’ve lived here for five months now and I love it. Alec and Kevin at the leasing center were super friendly and knowledgable through tours and helping me out with the application process. They keep good care of the building interior and exterior and they make everything easy when paying rent or requesting maintenance. If you’re debating moving with red peak just do it. They are awesome.

  My partner and I just moved into this apartment this week, and so far, we love it! We needed to relocate to Denver quickly from out of state, and the office was super responsive, quick, and accommodating. Shout out to Kevin for helping us to navigate all of the roadblocks associated with a cross country move!
  
  Our balcony is huge, it's quiet here, and the pool is beautiful. Can't wait to check out the roof top once the renovations are finished.
  
  The ONLY reason I'm giving our apartment 4 stars is because of the poor design of our bathroom vanity. It's really bizarre, there's a medicine cabinet a foot above our rectangular sink (which has a really shallow width), but it comes out so far that it covers the sink. We have to brush our teeth and wash our face in the shower, because we'd literally have to stick our heads inside of the sink otherwise. But eh, for how much we love this apartment, we'll deal!

  For two months I was looking for a apt too live closer to my job and ran across red peaks property, went on my lunch and did a tour with Alec the leasing agent which he showed me a property which was walking distance too my job.Plus the unit he showed me of i ended up renting the unit which I love it. Alec is one of the reasons why I rented the unit because he was a great guy plus he answered all my questions and he was honest and all around great guy.So thank you Alec for finding me great home and location.   Just leased. New immediately this is where I wanted my mom to be. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Can't wait to come visit her!!!. Kevin is awesome & Micheal has already welcomed her home. I highly recommend 825 Dahlia. Hands Down!!!
