Maintenance is phenomenal! I returned home from vacation yesterday and discovered that my air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. I called maintenance and shortly thereafter, he returned my call. He traveled all the way from Harford County to come and repair my air. He did not complain and was very professional. This is what I call excellent customer service and tenant care. Both are friendly and pleasant....They never make you feel like a hassle or nuisance. I have lived here for two years and this is the quickest response that I have received regarding any matter (maintenance or non-maintenance) yet. Both maintenance men are respectful and prompt! Great maintenance staff with these two! Thank you both!
Living here is great not just a house but home and the mgmt and staff are always there to help you
Love this placed. Lived here 2 years ago when I first moved up to Elkton and now i'm moving back in. Stephanie is such an amazing manager and works well with her residents. Its such a quiet, nice, and comfortable place to live in.
