  the absolute best and most attentive ladies at the office, as well as the amazing maintenance men that truly do make my stay here wonderful and meaningful. Could of not asked for a better group at Boca Gables Place.

  I lived here for a year and had mostly positive experiences.
  I'll be very honest in this review, the good, the bad and the ugly.
  The homes are done very nice with all the upgrades. I will say that the dryer never works and I need to turn it on 4 times. I requested it be switched but even the new one was not any better. They are full size though so that's great.
  The parking situation isn't the greatest. I have a disability and the closest handicap spot was the farthest spot from my unit. Some units have them close but I guess I wasnt that lucky. Most of the neighbors are great though I have seen a few " thug muffins" here and there.
  I loved that the complex was so pet friendly, but some people do not pick up after their dogs. That's everywhere though.
  I see a lot of people saying it is over priced but I didn't really think so.
  The gym is nice and is actually private as no one uses it and you can lock the door if you don't want to be bothered.
  My boyfriend had glass broken behind his car, we told the office and they sent someone to clean it right away.
  Our move out was smooth. No outrageous charges. We did get a letter with wrong information and charges but we took it to the office and got it sorted out. We missed the notice deadline by 3 days and they were going to charge us but made an accommodation and just charged us 3 more days.
  Its nice that they give you the option to pay $150 for cleaning.
  They do handle service requests promptly.
  Now for the ugly one day I saw a roach in my apartment.. I saw a few in the course of a week and FREAKED!!! I then found out the neighbors that had just moved out had an infestation. I went to the office and they promptly took care of my concerns, despite how uncomfortable it was, they really got it sorted out. I didn't have much faith at first but it was a quick action and the problem was gone.
  If you are still reading, you might wonder why I gave them a 4. To be honest there will be issues everywhere. The point is that they take care of things if you are nice and just ask without being aggressive. Any issues got resolved just by communicating. The people make the difference and because they always took care of anything we needed I gave them a 4. In my opinion a 5 means no issues. A 4 is minimal issues but eagerness to make it right. Overall it is a great community.
