  I had a wonderful experience at this salon earlier today for a re-do manicure (See original story below.) She promptly got me started (I made an appt for 11:30am) and had a lot of attention to details. My cuticles were nicely cleaned and pushed back, she asked how I wanted the nails shaped, the polish looks wonderful.
  
  Last week I went and had a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Once getting home I was looking at my no chip closer and the polish was very sloppy and some of my cuticles were hardly cleaned/pushed back. I don't mind paying for a good service but I felt it was less then average and upset I paid for such service. I wrote a review on Yelp only giving this business 3stars. The next day the owner/manger Colleen called and apologized. She explained my technician was newer and was going to provide additional training to this individual. Business can make a mistake, it's how it's handled that's big for me. I was blown away that 1) I even received the call 2) she was very persistent in having me return for a re-do of my nails 3) very apologetic
  
  So, I went today and had a great experience. This really is a great salon, so clean and nicely decorated. Personally I had a feeling the technician may have been new.... you don't have such a high rating with sub-par technicians. The customer service is really unbelievable and my nails today look fabulous and I will be back!

  I got a no chip, french manicure from Michelle, and one week later it still looks brand new! No chips, no scuffs, no fading on the ends. I am very happy and will definitely be back. I'm telling all my friends!
